A Pittsburgh mom has filed a lawsuit against Starbucks and the city’s school system after her intellectually disabled daughter was allegedly gang-raped inside a bathroom at one of the coffee giant’s stores.

The lawsuit alleges that school personnel at Taylor Allderdice High School failed to provide adequate supervision and care of the girl during school hours.
