Man convicted of sexual assault of two girls in Franklin, Minnesota, sentenced to prison, lifetime probation
A 22-year-old man was convicted in Renville County District Court for the rape of two girls in the city of Franklin. Lukus Alen Scheer was sentenced to 108 months and 70 months in prison, to be served concurrently. He will be on supervised release for life after he serves his prison sentence. Scheer's expected release date is Sept. 20, 2028, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
