The province of Albay is preparing to evacuate residents within the 7-kilometer radius extended danger zone even though the volcanos alert status is still at Level 3.

The Albay provincial government has so far evacuated 10,000 farm animals from the six-kilometer radius permanent danger zone of Mayon Volcano amid its increasing unrest.
