By Joel Malkin Clean-up begins Monday in a Palm Beach County waterway. An algae bloom has been spreading in the town of Lake Clark Shores, near West Palm Beach. Neighbors like Ava Rhodes worry about the wildlife in the area. "The ducks cant even go in the water because they cant get their wings dirty."
