Share Gombe State Governor, Inuwa Yahaya has lamented the rising cases of insecurity in the country characterized by kidnappings, cattle rustling, banditry and insurgency which he described as threats to peaceful coexistence and harmony among the citizenry, saying therefore that only prayers for nation’s stability are what Nigeria requires at the moment. The Governor expressed the lamentation in a remark during a Ramadan Tafsir session he attended at the Juma’at Mosque of the Federal Teaching Hospital (FTH), Gombe conducted by Sheikh Adamu Muhammad Dokoro. The Governor also urged youths in the state to complement the government’s effort by ensuring proper utilisation of various empowerment programmes and interventions for their benefit and that of the society.
