ANN ARBOR, MI The citizen-led group that will help Ann Arbor plan a downtown central park and civic commons is now fully formed and expected to start meeting soon.
City Council voted unanimously Monday night, Feb. 1, to confirm final appointments to the Council of the Commons, while restating its purpose and creating an additional seat on it.
