SINGAPORE: More than 70 per cent of Build-To-Order (BTO) flats in the new Bidadari estate have been completed, with the remaining ones on track to be completed by 2025, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) on Sunday (May 21). The completed flats make up 6,418 out of 8,872 launched since November 2015.

Alkaff Oasis is a newly-built HDB project that was launched in February 2016, just over 6 years ago alongside Anchorvale Plains in Sengkang and West Plains @ Bukit Batok. It goes without saying which was the most desirable.
If you’ve been looking for bigger space, but find that the ones on the resale market have been too expensive, look out for the Ang Mo Kio HDB BTO in the August 2022 launch. Not only is it offering 5-room units, but also 3Gen flats. HDB hasn’t released the price range yet. So for now, you can refer to SRX’s.
