The suspension of Mr Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, by his Godabawa ward, has been voided by the Adamawa State chapter of All Progressives Congress. The APC in Mustapha’s ward in Adamawa State, northeast Nigeria, earlier suspended him after he failed to win his polling unit for the party in the presidential election of February 25. The candidate of the party, Bola Tinubu emerged as the winner of the presidential election and ‘President-elect’.

The Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja has ordered that the ‘President-elect’, Bola Tinubu, should be served with copies of petitions seeking to nullify his election through alternative means. This was stated on Friday in a ruling delivered by a three-man panel of the court led by Justice Joseph Ikyegh. The panel directed that the petitions should be served on Tinubu through his political party, the All Progressives Congress.
