Northeast Times Building Trades donate to MS Society Prior to tip-off of the All-Star Labor Classic, players and event organizers accepted a $150,000 check on behalf of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the National MS Society. From left: Allison Kostiuk, event manager; Alexa Abbonizio of Springfield High, representing the Suburban Girls All-Stars; Reagan Dolan of Bonner-Prendergast, representing the City Girls All-Stars; and Wayne Miller, business manager of Sprinkler Fitters Local 692. The 34th annual Philadelphia All-Star Labor Classic raised $150,000 for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The game took place April 18 at Ridley High School. The Suburban Girls beat the City Girls, 82-59. The Suburban Boys outscored the City Boys, 111-95.
