Our faculty have been Board Members and awards recipients and our communities have worked together in classrooms and and events since before the memory of anyone here, the annual awards have been hosted at the new school for over 20 years. This few years have been very challenging for all of us with covid, we are finally back on campus for an in real life nbcc simone and of course at the new school we are emerging from last fall when all of us were tested and our ideals and faith in one another and the future working with the nbcc is something to remind us what were here for and were enormously grateful to have a friendship that extends beyond any of us individually. So whats the number today . You know a lot higher than yesterday. It was a two yesterday. So, so bar is pretty low. So we go up to seven for today. Much improved from the past two days, really. It is dry. It is chilly. But appropriately chilly for february. So bus stop buddy, back to school on time today. So many schools went in two hours late yesterday. All bundled one flyers cap on because they won last night. We have some clouds around this morning, but it should be a pretty tranquil day compared to the ice and the snow and the wind and the thunderstorms, and everything that we had the past couple every days, no more flooding reported, as well, 36 degrees right now, feels like 30, outside, sunrise time is 6 52. And we get to a high later on of 44 degrees. Clouds, some sunshine, a seasonable day, casino of boring, really, bob kelly, and we will take boring you. Yes, boring is good because weve had enough drama, havent we, after yesterday, with very strong storms that moved through, with the cold front, the day before with all of the snow and the ice. Soap, here we have nothing on ultimate doppler radar. We are watching this area of rain to our south. This is the last gasp of the cold front that came through yesterday. Chesapeake bay and the Eastern Shore of maryland only being affected by that. It that looks like it is about it as we look a little closer, nothing in southern delaware, at all. So we start off with 38 degrees. Now, thats chillier than yesterday. Not much after winds though. So it feels like 34. Sunrise time, 6 52 this morning. Days are getting longer. Now theres a separate case against him in virginia. A lot of overlapping charges. What hes saying to the judge is that robert mule her no Legal Authority to bring these charges. Heres why. He says the special counsel regulations say that a special counsel is appointed to investigate a specific matter which in this case was Russian Election meddling. So the charges against manafort that have nothing to do with that, about his lobbying or ukraine and his efforts to hide the money according to prosecutors, thats beyond his original charge. Secondly they say when the Department Attorney general Rod Rosenstein said that mueller could investigate anything else that came that he became aware of as a result of the investigation, that was too broad because that goes beyond what the special counsel regulations allow him do. And secondly they say the Justice Department already knew about manaforts ukrainian lobbying and all those questions because he was investigated in 2014. So mueller cant say
