On February 10th 2021 At approximately 1:00 a.m. Martin City Police Officer Brad Stidham, Attempted to make a traffic stop on a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix on KY-80 in Martin.
The vehicle failed to stop. After a short chase the driver of the vehicle, Katerina Pratt, age 25 of Allen Banner Road, Allen, KY lost control and slid to a stop a few feet from the CSX railroad tracks on Warco Rd in Langley, KY.
