Indictments: Three Marion inmates indicted on harassment with bodily substance charges
The Marion grand jury issued indictments to three Marion inmates after they were arrested and charged with harassment with bodily substance during the Wednesday session in the Common Pleas Court.
James Provance, 28, and Zachary Ray, 32, both of Marion and inmates at Northern Correctional Complex, were arrested on Feb. 2 this year and jointly indicted on Wednesday. The two were both charged with one count each of harassment with bodily substance, a fifth-degree felony, after prosecution alleged they intended to harass another person by throwing, or by any other means, a bodily substance at them.
