It happened just before five at the ashby avenue on ramp on ramp to eastbound interstate 80. Chp says one person inside a car was shot by a suspect in another vehicle. The victims car then crashed shortly after the shooting. The victim has been taken to the hospital. Their condition has not been announced. No arrests have been reported, but in San Francisco, police are now investigating a deadly shooting inission distripoce officers say they were called to mission near 20th street just after30 ts afternoon, where they found the victim.
