For religious groups around the country, technology is helping them overcome the hurdles of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alma Gonzalez chokes up as she talks about her family and how they taught the importance of faith.
âI was raised by my grandmother,â Alma Gonzalez said. âVery devout Catholic and very devoted to Our Lady, and she taught me how to pray.â
It was Gonzalezâs upbringing that motivated her to take part in the annual pilgrimage in Palm Springs, California.
