Alpine Pipeline Co. has applied to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska for approval to acquire the share of the Alpine Transportation Co. currently held by ASRC Pipeline Co.
In a June 12 application, APC said it would acquire the 15% of Alpine Transportation Co. currently held by ASRC Pipeline Co.
