For some churches in Ottawa, lockdown is coming just a few hours too early.
Ottawa will move into the grey zone at one minute past midnight early Saturday. It means that capacity for Easter Sunday church services, which had been permitted at 30 per cent under red zone rules, will be reduced to 15 per cent capacity.
