UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Alternatives of Battle Creek and Beginnings Care for Life Center in Coldwater will be receiving some additional financial support over the next six months from Lighthouse Funeral and Creamation of Union City.
Owner and manager Tate Goodwin has pledged to match the first $20 of any donation $20 or greater, up to $10,000, made to Alternatives or Beginnings Care for Life Center from now until August 31, 2021.
âI wanted to do something especially life-affirming in 2021 to celebrate my 20th year of working in the funeral business,â Goodwin said, âand I wanted it to benefit both the Branch County and Calhoun County communities, where many of our client families live.â
