Balochistan Governor Amanullah Khan Yasinzai on Thursday clearly said that he never shared any derogatory statement or interview against Imran Khan as he has a lot of respect for the prime minister.
In a statement issued in Quetta, the Governor’s House said that all official pictures and statements were released by the state media and the governor has not given any interview to any private media house.
The Governor’s House statement said that the governor deems these tactics to be propaganda against him. On the other hand, the governor’s legal team served a notice to the private media house for sharing what they believed to be ‘propaganda material’ against the prime minister.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked Balochistan Governor Amanullah Khan Yasinzai to resign saying that he wanted to appoint a new governor. In a letter to Yasinzai, Imran Khan maintained that it was a pleasure to work with him.
However, the letter states that dexterity and deftness was required given the current political situation . It quickly adds that the PM s decision was in no way a bad reflection on the governor s competence

According to Geo News, the contents of a letter written by Prime Minister Imran Khan to the governor have come to light. Though, the prime minister called for governor’s resignation, he maintained that there is no negative impression on his performance. It reported that the prime minister will finalise the name of the new governor on Monday. Imran Khan wants to make Zahoor Agha the governor of Balochistan, while Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) has finalised the name of Senator Naseebullah Baazi for the post.
