Federal Councillor Ignazio Cassis, the head of the FDFA, informed the Federal Council at its meeting on 28 April of his decision to cancel the House of Switzerland s Tokyo appearance, scheduled from 24 July to 5 September 2021. Following the postponement of the Olympic Games from 2020 to 2021, the Federal Council had decided to realise the initial 2020 project in 2021.
