Two new members joined the ROWVA School Board Monday night, filling the final two seats left by board members who resigned in February and March.

The agenda for the April 18 agenda lists Heather Godsil and Emily Bean to be approved for the two open board seats.

The competition to fill two open ROWVA School Board seats has increased as six new candidates have joined five previous candidates vying for the two slots.

The ROWVA School Board voted unanimously Monday night to add Amber Fleming to the board.

BREITUNG TOWNSHIP, MI--   Two adults and two children were taken to the hospital following an accident in Breitung Township Tuesday.  State Police from the Iron Mountain Post say it happened at about 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of US-2 and US-141.
