Deputies returned fire and struck the suspect who then ran through an alleyway in the direction of other deputies with that gun. Investigators tell us the suspect was terrorizing the downtown area, trying to break the windows of cars and businesses. We walked around and didnt see any damage. But police say the suspect shot at them when they tried to stop him.
