From STAFF REPORTS West Virginia Route 2 through Marshall County will move completely from two to four lanes now that a nearly $96 million project recently was approved through the state government’s “Roads to Prosperity” program. Gov. Jim Justice announced Tuesday that two projects had been approved, including Rt. 2 construction from Proctor to Kent.
