2023 - A year to take a step back and consolidate
Hasn’t this year felt somewhat ‘normal’? We’ve managed to sink into a position reminiscent of the period before the big C. The travel industry has thankfully returned to a level of normalcy, and hotel revenue is well up. Cities have reclaimed their tourist crowns, and coastal and rural destinations have contended with a decline in visitor numbers from the lockdown heydays.
