JoJo Siwa has revealed she has a girlfriend after coming out as queer.
Siwa recently came out as LGBT+ by sharing a photo of herself wearing a t-shirt that said “best gay cousin ever”; she’s since followed that up by talking about her “perfect girlfriend” on a US talk show.

Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she explained how she was encouraged to come out by “the most amazing, wonderful, perfect, most beautiful girlfriend in the whole world”, confirming for the first time that she is in a relationship.

Days ago, JoJo Siwa trended on Twitter for hours as speculation surfaced surrounding two TikTok accounts she was featured in. One, featured the star lip syncing to Lady Gaga while the other saw her dancing to the lyrics "one of us" with other LGBTQ+ creators. To many, it was clear that Siwa was using the posts to come out but some were skeptical. Now, the teen has pushed it all a step further.

Pre-2020, one of the things I loved most about my job was meeting and talking face-to-face with other incredible women in my industry. Back then, I completely took for granted just how easy it was to make those connections--by signing up for a conference, attending a local networking event, or even making a chance connection at a party.
Of course, face-to-face events and serendipitous meet-ups just aren't happening right now, but there has never been a greater need for women to forge those vital connections. We need to see, learn from, and empower one another, not just because these relationships are essential for maintaining our careers during this pandemic, but because they fuel our fire and let us know we're not going through this experience alone.
