The Walmart manager who allegedly shot and killed six people Tuesday night "legally" purchased the pistol that was used in the attack.

ABC News has confirmed that the shooter entered the breakroom in the store and began firing before shooting himself.

The shooter was described as difficult and confrontational by coworkers. He appeared to target specific people during the shooting.

Bing also wrote in the document titled "death note" that he planned to spare a person, whose name was redacted, because she had a special place in his heart, citing his own mother's death from cancer.

President Joe Biden wants to sign into law a ban on high-powered guns. In July, the Democratic-led House passed legislation to revive a 1990s-era ban on certain semi-automatic guns.

Walmart supervisor Andre Bing, who killed six colleagues in a Tuesday shooting spree, legally purchased his gun the day of the shooting and left behind a 'death note,' authorities say.

Andre Bing, 31, opened fire at a team meeting at the supermarket in Chesapeake, Virginia, on Tuesday.

Bing also wrote in the document titled "death note" that he planned to spare a person, whose name was redacted, because she had a special place in his heart, citing his own mother's death from cancer.

Officials released the name of the slain 16-year-old victim Friday morning.
