'There was no justice,' mother says after manslaughter charge in Brandon man's death stayed
Andre Katzenellenbogen, 31, died after a fight in Brandon last June. A man was arrested and charged with manslaughter, but the charge was stayed in December. Katzenellenbogen's mother says that's left her with unanswered questions about his death.
