The British mockumentary The Office, written and directed by Ricky Gervais is set to get an Arabic Remake. Titled ‘Al Maktab’, the Arabic remake of comedy series will be set in Saudi Arabia

Following an agreement made between licence holder BBC Studios and local producer-broadcaster MBC, the first Arabic language version of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchants British cult comedy hit The Office will premiere in the Middle East later this year.
