Tens of thousands of people on Monday became newly eligible for Massachusetts' low-cost health insurance, ConnectorCare, following changes required in the $56 billion state budget that Gov. Maura Healey signed last week to expand access to the insurance program.

It was the second occasion in as many months that the Dubliner has enjoyed a landmark success.
