Andrew Lavoie of Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, was selected as the overall Lichten Winner, with his winning paper, “Variational Tolerance Analysis (VTA) – Design and Manufacturing Optimization using Statistical Simulation FAIRFAX, Va.
