Love Islandstar Zara Holland has been fined after breaking isolation rules while on holiday in Barbados.

, who faced a potential jail sentence over the breach, was fined £4,417 ($12,000 Barbados dollars) for breaching the island s coronavirus-related quarantine rules

As per the country s rules, visitors to Barbados must isolate until they have two negative tests if they are from medium or high-risk countries, such as the UK.

In court, Holland s lawyer Andrew Pilgrim blamed her lapse on a foolish error , telling the court she had two negative tests and became extremely nervous about her and Love s status in Barbados, which is why she tried to leave and return to the UK.
