Stamford, Connecticut (Newsfile Corp. - October 4, 2021) - Josh Schuster's Silverback Development announces an office complex on the edge of the downtown has sold for $8.5 million, although the seller
CBRE has signed its first deal at 1055 Washington Boulevard
in Stamford, CT, since taking over as leasing agent earlier this year.
The brokerage firm announced today that the law firm of
Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey, LLP will occupy 19,241 s/f on a long-term
lease at the RPW Group-owned property.
RPW bought the Class A office building at the end of last
year and is planning a series of capital improvements, including renovating the
café, common areas, and elevators.
Andrew Weisz, executive vice president of RPW Group, said
the aim is to create more open spaces for tenants. “Plans call for the
