Despite the extension of the Delhi excise policy 2021-22 by two months, the national capital is reeling through a liquor shortage due to massive buying by the customers, as well as vendors refusing to place bulk orders ahead of their shops closing down.
Four people, including two women, have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping, drugging and sexually assaulting three minor school students at Rohini, said police.
Three school girls were allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted in the national capital by a man, who had planned to sell them in Chandigarh but all the girls managed to escape, police said.
