Just about an hour ago, Jussie Smollett and his attorneys entered a courtroom here in this courthouse. The prosecutors approached the bench and told the judge that they no longer wished to prosecute this case. The judge granted that motion paid the prosecution said after reviewing the evidence in this case and considering Jussie Smolletts Community Service here in the chicago area, they are going to drop this case.
