The idea that people could say well you know and Sexual Assault are really bad but still we have to correct misstatements and we have to care about due process for accused parties. The idea that people can disagree on where to draw the line between helping victims and protecting Due Process Rights and a debate about where to draw the line, universitys are all about that sort of debate. The idea that people would turn to using the law to either ban or in this case severely this incentivize by means of damages judgment, that i think, that is antithetical to free speech and open expression of values and that is driven by, that is driven by legal developments and driven by harassment law which even outside of universities is insubstantial contention with the First Amendment. You want the good guy to prevail. By the time i was in law school, i was very interested in criminal Justice System. You went to law school where . Columbia, 1970 until 1974.
