Perverts who sexually abuse dead bodies will face five-year prison sentences under a new law in the wake of morgue monster David Fullers sickening crimes.

Amanda Miah complained to a High Court judge that an independent inquiry into how David Fuller was able to escape unpunished for decades was too narrow.

Today, inquiry chair Sir Jonathan Michael confirmed the probe draw on recommendations from relevant inquiries, including the investigations into Jimmy Savile.

The perverted killer, 67, murdered of Wendy Knell, 25, and Caroline Pierce, 20, and also admitted to the sexual abuse of at least 102 corpses in the mortuaries of hospitals in Kent and Sussex.

Families whose loved ones were abused in mortuaries by necrophiliac David Fuller are taking the government to court.
