Love is in the air, even if it s no longer February.
Zion National Park announced new measures to help protect the Peregrine Falcon s nesting season from human-caused disturbances, which would lead a pair to abandon their nest until next year, according to Monday s press release.
Beginning Monday, Zion will close Angels Landing, Cable Mountain, The Great White Throne, Isaac (in Court of the Patriarchs), The Sentinel, Mountain of the Sun, North Twin Brother, Tunnel Wall, The East Temple, Mount Spry, The Streaked Wall, and Mount Kinesava to climbing.
Some climbing routes will remain open, like the Sheer Lunacy and Moonlight Buttress routes in the Anges Landing Area.
