Washington, D.C. – Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Rostin Behnam today announced key staff roles at the agency by naming Vincent McGonagle as the new Director of the Division of Market Oversight (DMO) and Ann Wright as the Director of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs.
