We see this a lot in terms of the data that our customers have, trying to help them implement. Actually they use the same mechanisms and often they have the same weaknesses. A lot of them do not. It costs money and takes time. Are they conducting the oversight of the data . Probably more so than some people and possibly government because of limited resource. They are still not at the level we hope. One thing is that a lot of them, even in europe where we have more commercial privacy laws, more to find the requirements. A lot is the best guess.
