Package that was intercepted at joint base andrews. this is just outside of washington proper if you will across the river. this is the main sorting facility for screening mail coming to secret service protectees, in other words. in the post 9/11 world after the anthrax attacks in washington they changed how they handled the mail coming into these sensitive sites and they started screening them at joint base andrews. this is where they intercepted the package coming to the white house reportedly...
