Five-Course Whiskey Pairing Dinner Hosted by Hyatt Regency Hill Country Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is hosting a whiskey pairing dinner at its signature restaurant, Antlers Lodge. The dining experience will feature a five-course meal prepared by the resort’s culinary team paired with artisan whiskey selections from Angel’s Envy, based out of Louisville, KY. The event will take place on Thursday, September 28 at 6:30 p.m. in Antler’s Lodge’s private dining room. Each course will feature either a neat pour or cocktail featuring Angel’s Envy.
