Then, in march, an identical aircraft went down in these fields in ethiopia minutes after take off. Since then, boeings newest and fastest selling aircraft, the 737 max, has been grounded worldwide. Blames been placed on a piece of Flight Control software, known as mcas, that activated at the wrong time and forced both planes into a catastrophic dive.
