Green Hydrogen Plant: The Indian government has signed an MoU with NTPC to set up India s largest green hydrogen production plant near Pudimadaka of Visakhapatnam district. The project, with an outlay of ₹65,370 crore, will include the production of green hydrogen, green ammonia, and green methanol. The facility, operated in collaboration with global companies, aims to primarily cater to the South Asian export market.

Around 400 vehicles were gutted in a fire that broke out in a two-wheeler showroom in Andhra Pradesh on Thursday morning, a police official said. The fire broke out around 5 am at the showroom located near the national highway (NH-16) and raged for about 90 minutes, the police official added.
