Yeah thats thats an mclean that we see we see there in the in the background and she was supposed to do in march this year she was to participate in a bit of a historic moment the 1st all female space walk out of the us as the international space station and that was council at the last minute because there was only one medium sized suit available and both women would have needed a medium sized suit and only one was available so that was council. because that ok making a little moment of history...

Legacy of apollo 11, we look forward to americas future return to the moon. someday we are told perhaps mars. what is the meaning of the day, the amazing encouragement walter cunningham joins us a retired colonel and former nasa astronaut. he was a lunar module pilot of apollo 7. he joins us now from the johnson space center in houston. mr. cunningham, first, is an honor to have you with us thank you for your service. as you reflect on apollo 11 and going to the moon, we take it for granted. it ...

That script? pretty good. >> 1968 was a tough year for the country, assassinations, bad stuff happening in vietnam but a great way to end it with people going around the moon for the first time. nobody has been able to do it since, except for the united states. >> then apollo 9 goes up a few months later, does everything it needs to do and apollo 10 does the same thing 9 does but they fly all the way to the moon to do it lunar orbit. that works fine. they come back, nobody paid attention to apol...
