The registrations process for the fourth session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main will begin today on jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE Main comprises two papersâPaper 1 is for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes (B.E./B.Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, institutions/universities funded/recognized by participating state governments, as well as an eligibility test for JEE Advanced, which is conducted for admission to IITs.

Ending all speculations, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Tuesday (July 6) announced that the entrance exams of JEE Main 2021 which were earlier cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic will now be held. The Minister announced that the first session of JEE Main 2021 will be held from July 20 to 25 and the second session will be held from July 27 to August 2.
