cars and throwing stuff at them. they showedc] w arcible restraint especially in the early going when they were pushedkxg back. ted just showed us the boulders and construction debris and concrete pieces that were being thrown at police. eventually police could do nothing but throw those rocks back. clearly they had an order not to do anything more than that. for a long time they were not dispersing pepper spray. at one point we saw one officer disburse the peb pepper 4j4 at that point the crowd backed off and recharged the police again. at that point the police seemed to relinquish control of the streets probably because they didn t have any choice. so the people took over the streets there and the numbers continue the grow. probably people watching on tv and on social media. and suddenly they have a situation they could not control. and at this moment we are still in the middle of a situation
