Arduino Nano Every drives a DIY Hovercraft!
I love this tweet, showing someone riding a hovercraft inside their own house…
Check out how Gadget Master Jacob Krizan used an Arduino Nano to control his DIY rideable electric device, with the goal “to improve the drivability, ease of use and safety of the craft”.
To be precise, he used an Arduino Nano Every, which costs around $10 (I won’t dare venture into the mechanics of the hovercraft itself, note). This is an evolution of the traditional Nano board, but features a more powerful processor, the ATMega4809. According to Arduino, it will allow you to make larger programs than with the Arduino Uno (it has 50% more program memory), and with a lot more variables (the RAM is 200% bigger).
