Dwayne Palmer was last seen about 6:30 a.m. Sunday in the 4500 block of West Jackson Boulevard, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. Palmer, who may appear confused or disoriented, is 5-foot-6, 240 pounds, with brown eyes, gray hair, and has a medium-brown complexion, police said. A 23-year-old man was fatally shot late Saturday in Lawndale on the West Side. The man was shot about 10:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of West Harrison Avenue, Chicago police said. He was shot in the chest and was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. He was identified as Terrance Billops, of Lawndale, by the Cook County medical examiner’s office. No one is in custody as Area Four detectives investigate. Next Up In News
