Phone store robberies reported in Homan Square, Heart of Chicago

Sun-Times file Police are searching for people wanted in connection with two phone store robberies reported in March and April in Homan Square and Heart of Chicago. In each incident, people entered a mobile phone store, implied they had a weapon and took items by force, Chicago police said. Lawndale: Ride-share drivers robbed, Chicago police say

Sun-Times file photo Police are warning residents of a string of robberies reported recently in Lawndale on the West Side. In each incident two males ordered a ride-share, and once inside they batter the driver, and demand their property and vehicle, Chicago police said in a community alert. The robberies happened four times between March 4 and March 15 in the 1800 block of South Avers Avenue, police said.
