A new report from the medical examiner says Alejandro Nieto had marijuana in his system and that his taser had been fired. And he had 15 bullet wounds. Alejandro nieto was killed after officers responded to a man pointing a gun. It turned out to be a taser. His death led to allegations of police brutality.
