Police arrest cultists, traffic robbers terrorizing Lagos

Police operatives attached to the Area D Command, Mushin, are currently investigating a 30-year-old member of Aiye confraternity Nwugo Oforuike.
Oforuike who hails from Imo State, was arrested on 17th May with a locally-made pistol, one live cartridge, a car key, an infinix hot 8 light phone, a neck chain, and an iron rod.
Similarly, policemen attached to Ojo Division, Lagos State Police Command, on Monday 17th May, 2021, at about 6am, arrested a serial burglar Marcus Ikechukwu, of Karabosowa, Ojo, Alaba, Lagos.
It was learned that 34-year-old Ikechukwu has been terrorizing and breaking into people’s houses at Ikotun, Igando, Surulere and other places within the State.

Sahara Reporters, the man was stabbed to death at a child christening party held in the Mushin area of Lagos State.
The Lagos State Police Command, which confirmed the incident, said it had launched a manhunt for the killers and would do everything possible to bring them to justice.
SaharaReporters learnt that the deceased, 21-year-old Saheed Adesina, on December 12 went to the child naming ceremony at about 6 pm, which was the party time.
It was gathered that while at the party, trouble ensued when a collection of food started as the caterer, whose name could not yet be ascertained, accused Adesina of collecting food for up to three times, while others had yet to be served.

Both the owner and employees of Souk Mediterranean Kitchen in Ohio, United States became emotional out of surprise at the kind gesture by one of its customers who left a huge sum of money as a tip for the staff.
According to CNN, the customer who was at the restaurant to dine left a $5,600 (GHc 32,592.0) tip for the entire staff to split on Saturday, December 12 and then surprisingly pleaded anonymity.
